Hi I am Trevor John Moore. Now 73 and although I applied twice for your wonderful to find out my past. After my second attempt a member of your team wrote me an email stateing how busy the whole team was with the volume of requests.. I understood this and acted on my own . A very big help for me was Dr Barnedos firstly in Northern Ireland and Ilford.. I am a very keen motorcycle rider, and have been riding back to Ulster for years to watch the wonderful road racing but I always took time out to piece together my past. most supprisely a lot of what I have pieced together turned out to be mostly close tothe truth it did not matter One place called Ballycarry Carrickfergus . One day on one of my many walks I discovered a building which I had been farmed out to as a very young child .That was what prompted me to ask you for help..Before Long Lost Families other program like Cilla Black I found compelling to watch. Moving on to 2016 I missed my Birth mother by one year.Sadly she passed away leaving a husband and a daughter. However it was very clear I was not spoken about. So best to stop right there.Rather than cause un needed distress. My father Mr Wesley Johnston sadly passed away 1986 in New Zealand I flew down in november 2016. no father but four brothers and two sisters. What a welcome and we all look alike. 2018 I was in hospital being treated for postrate cancer. That was somthing to get over. But what was even a bigger suprise was two of my new found brothers traveled up to wish me well. How about that .Moving on I am making a second trip down to New Zealand November and this time I am taking my eldest daughter and grand daughter with me.Although you did not take part in my locating my family, following what you do I managed with help to find my Long Lost Family. From the bottom of my hart.THANKYOU
