It was a switch to eliminate one of the finalist during the finale, but I was completely shocked and disappointed that Dorian won. I think Sarah was robbed. When you compare their ingredients and plating, they are not even in the same league. Sarah's looked like the restaurant quality you are always asking for, and Dorians resembled something put together by an amateur. In the future, please reward those contestants who comply with your requirements and make restaurant quality dishes.
