Reilly’s style is what makes this book. He writes effortlessly, but intentionally. I never felt his writing was redundant, and this conciseness was undoubtedly picked up from decades in the journalism world. Unlike Reilly, I’m a total rookie, but despite this, I never felt the book was inaccessible. Bright as stadium lights, the author’s voice shines distinctly through, making The Life of Reilly an enjoyable read.
