Absolutely, hands-down, one of the best series ever to come to the television. Wonderfully brought to life by seriously crafted actors, a fabulous, well-thought-out plot that attempts to duplicate life in the 9th century. I love historical dramas and complicated characters and The Last Kingdom is everything and more (and better than Game of Thrones!).
