I bought the digital copy when it was first released. Shortly after playing for a few days the game wouldn’t open all the way and it was telling me to Re-purchase it. I called microsoft and went through the troubleshooting steps for the game to work again. After playing for a few days with no problem the game had the same issue. I couldn’t play it because I had to purchase it!
I called microsoft again and told them my issue , they offered to give me a refund to I can repurchased the game. She said I could buy the digital copy (again) and the refund will come in a few days. One week later I still haven’t received my refund , I get a response from the refund department saying it didn’t get approved because of how long I had it. Absolutely no communication between your departments not to mention the refund department doesn’t respond back to your email. Super annoyed and pissed at this point and to top it all off after I repurchased the game it still gave me the same problem!
Im an now out of $160 because you’re to Incompetent to fix your own damn game.
Absolutely worse call of duty!
