I literally adore this movie! All the characters are outstanding, the voice acting is great, the animation is so beautiful, and I can’t help but love it! Ratigan especially makes this movie the best thing ever. Vincent Price does the perfect villain and his animation in particular really makes him stand out. Basil is also cool and the other characters are good too! All in all, 5/5 will rewatch a million times
