Jelena Cheyiam

The plot starts off kind of slow, and I'm not a big fan of the amnesia trope, but it does serve it's purpose in the film. The trailers didn't give away the best parts of the movie, so I kept getting pleasantly surprised as I watched it. Nick Fury is actually a super interesting character in this one instead of doing his typical boring secret agent thing. Brie Larson does a great job with little details of her character (clapping hands, fist pumping and whooping in excitement), which made her so likeable. If you liked Miles Morales in Spider-verse, you'll like Brie Larson's portrayal of Capt. Marvel. They've both got the same fun vibe to em.
