Early evening news show is always pretty good as well as the late 10pm show, with Mr slick Jonathan Wills, but why oh why do you keep insisting that Essex is in East anglia also Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, The (near East) East anglia is Norfolk, Suffolk little bit of Lincolnshire (the wash) & little bit Cambridgeshire, Thetford. Essex is/was always a stand alone county & most is now greater outer London even the capital is wrong Chelmsford pah!
