I loved the game. Obviously I enjoyed the great gameplay and graphics + new mechanics. Environments are stunning and MUCH larger than in the first game. I find that the story of Joel, Ellie, Abbie and the survivors you meet along the way were thoroughly flushed out. Infected encounters with the new melee caused some heart racing fights (and me running away for dear life). Idk the 1 star reviews seemed like they disliked the story solely but to be honest the story was so long and flushed out I don’t know how you can say it wasn’t a great piece of art. It made me question myself. How I looked at the characters of the first game seeing what they’ve done in a new light. It’s worth checking out yourself nevertheless.
