Scott has no integrity! He buys these houses but doesn't do the work when renovating -Where is the plans? Where is the architect to inspect the property? Where is the realistic open house? It is not the fault of the contractor if foundations/roofing/plumbing is a problem as Scott bought the house before investigating. This is all common-sense. The lead time till "open house" is ridiculous and if there are problems, Scott should add a few days on to make sure that these problems are sorted. Scott is the PROBLEM! He has no respect for his wife even though he know that when the house sells, it is due to her efforts. He can learn alot from "Masters of Flip". A couple who respects each other, a husband who KNOWS his wife knows what she is doing and they work TOGETHER to achieve their goals. Scott thinks all the money is his. WAKE UP Scott, you are married. The money belongs to BOTH OF YOU.
