i’ll make this quick and short.
as a 16 year old who watches it with her younger sister, i personally loved this show. the way that the story handles itself with a formula ( danger to transforming into a magical being to saving the day ) was well done. how they find inspiration for their music fits well with the characters and this includes how they manage both their life and dreams in music. the music and colour of the animation is magical and it fits with the magical theme at it’s best (and from what i can see, the music goes with their marketing plan as we can only buy their music instead of merchandise which means that their goal for now must be for people to buy their music and later on sell merchandise which i would love to give to my little sister). the characters have a bond that is quite memorable to the point i would cheer for the characters when something amazing happens to them. the storyline and the backstories are interesting for me because it matches how they act and how they feel about a situation. for the two twin villains, they were clumsy and cute and i cried when i saw the end of mephisto (he was precious) i hope to see him again.
as for my sister, she loves this show for its colours and engaging characters. it saddens me that parents would get rid of this lovely show. i would do anything for my sister to get her magical and enchanting show back to it’s original plot line and create season 3. but unfortunately, i don’t have much power for this one show, this one show that i used to watch when i was younger and loved dearly. i’m deeply downhearted that this show hasn’t continued onto season 3 but i hope my sister and i will be able to see the ending of our magical show. thank you producers, musicians, directors, animators, visual effects and other amazing people who worked and created this wonderful show. it delights me to know if your hard work still continues.
