Reva Marvel

I watched this movie only recently (2019) and I was impressed with the realistic and sweet portrayal of the "long distance" relationship. Seems to reflect the same issues that would be relevant today and maybe more so. Probably wasn't as realistic as "real life" would be in that situation as money would become an issue for sure. Nothing overly dramatic as would be expected, but gentle, well thought out emotional exchanges. I could feel the pain and exhaustion they portrayed. I also really liked the characters, which always lends itself to a better review. I do wish that the ending could have been a bit more clear as I prefer my films to end in a tidy way, but then we couldn't use our imagination! Very well done.
