Yes. Yes and yes. Watch this film. It’s got some quirky points but the issue surrounding the stupidity of people is there to see. One day (way after we are all dead) something like this might happen and I can imagine this film is quite close to the truth of how it would play out. Anyway, Watch and see if you enjoy it. Guess you can’t comment unless you’ve seen it!
