I didn't really like Syndicate at all. The new gang territories were new and fun. It was also great to have a DLC-like event where you get to experience WW2. But the combat mechanics were rubbish, fighting was boring and repetitive and there was no backstory or real link to the other Assassin's Creed games. The protagonists were fun to play as and their competitiveness with each other was fun to watch, but other than that, it was boring. The only reason I played to the end (I stopped playing for ages because I lost interest) was because I payed for it. As soon as I finished the cliché ending (overpowered bad guy with supernatural artifact), I immediately stopped playing and have never played it again.

Another personal favourite of mine in the series. I love the return of Ezio and find it refreshing to play a more light-hearted Assassin's Creed game. Unfortunately, you can't travel back to the places in AC2 (which I loved) but the ability to recruit new assassins and actually fight with them is so fun. Ezio continues to be a great character and is fun to see back again.

One of my favourite Assassin's Creed games. Great protagonist. The setting is gorgeous. There is a great story. It provides a light-hearted tale to what is actually really depressing. I find the combat mechanics a little hard to use as I played AC3 (Terrible) and AC4 (Amazing) before I bought it, but I find it difficult to adjust my playing style in games. However, I just love the game and it is one of my personal favourite games in the Assassin's Creed series

Great game. I loved the naval battles and how it brings a whole new kind of battle to Assassin's Creed. I think the protagonist was great and how his personality changes during the game. At first, it seems like he's just in it for the money, but then he starts to care. The DLCs also were very good, adding new outfits, locations and ship modifications. I liked the Freedom Cry DLC as it gave us another assassin to play as and new locations to discover. Great game. Great DLCs. You won't be disappointed.
