I feel like it's fake from the very beginning. They are looking for sympathy. I don't know what the outcome of Alec's future will be but to use this show to influence the outcome is atrocious.

What a stupid movie! How a whole group of people could be so gullible is beyond me. Supposed to be a true story. Bless that poor woman who was the victim but she was pretty stupid too to refuse the treatment.
