I was excited when I saw Stanley Tucci but was super disappointed with the scenes and the lines and the way the characters were thinking..couldn't continue beyond 3 episodes, probably should've stopped at 2.

I really liked the original movie but I think the concept cannot extend beyond a movie (because obviously a lot of things that didn't make sense would be harder to explain on a longer plot). Then, I was expecting that the series would've started from where the movie ended but they sort of made the connection somewhere in Series 2/Series 3 and from there the plot was silly. Characters have confusing roles, and even appear/disappears randomly. The protagonist (Andre) - very cringey (esp in Season 3 where he started having visions??) I think his character is trying to become the modern Messiah? Plus the weird timezone of where the people are from. It's supposed to be a possible future scenario but it seems like these people are still from 1950s (cue - their music and style?). I did watch it till ep. 2 of Season 3 as I wanted a series to play in the background while I'm WFH. But I won't recommend the series to anyone.
