The worst adaptation I have ever seen. The characters were poorly written and the plot was designed to attract teenagers with clichéd dialogues and intimate scenes.
They didnt even get the Winx club members right and intentionally turned it into a love triangle teenage-drama. The casting choices were a joke - Abigail's portrayal of bloom was laughable - she was busy keeping her hair in place and overacting with hyper gestures to desperately convince us that she is a 16-yr old;
Danny's stoic and emotionless acting was painful to watch;
Sadie, Alisha and Eliot carried the show and made it bearable, however, they did not get a fair share of the dialogues in the entire show.
The plot portrayed Bloom as a narcissistic, reckless, selfish and mind-numbingly dumb girl.
Despite knowing that it was her fault that Rosalind was set free and the "burned ones" entered the school, she takes her time making up with Sky and joking around to rally her group. The lines were terribly timed and the Show was an abysmal attempt at re-creating a childhood Classic.
