One of the few series with a strong feminist lead. Simply loved her character. She is the complete opposite of our damsel in distress kdrama heroines. Just for her sake it is worth watching. Needless to say chemistry between the lead was palpable and outstanding. The second leads were also too good. Overall a completely enjoyable show! Not to be missed!

Wow! Always been a fan of Gong yoo. Was intrigued by the premise. Ended up watching it on sat night when I was truly bored. I'm at a loss of words . Both the actors were outstanding! I usually always avoid watching anything that doesn't have a happy ending. This one turned out quite different in spite of it's vague ending. It didn't leave me unsatisfied in a strange way. I felt truly touched by the story line and the way the story moves along. Felt it could happen to anyone. Everyone deserves to be loved fully in wat ever way they want to be. It is also equally true it's not worth staying in a relationship for the sake of a child or anyone else. Unless one has a healthy relationship how can one create a happy eco system for the child too. It's important to find yourself first and then heal each other surely. In the pretense of keeping a happy normal family , can one truly live their entire lives in a lonely, unsatisfied way. Or is it better to step back and re evaluate by being true to oneself. The path she chose differed from his in this sense and hats off to her for being cognizant of that fact!

So glad I discovered this show. Absolutely loved the brilliant acting of Rowoon. What a hidden gem he is in the world of kdramas. His sense of humor was what I found unique in the storyline as most of the male actors are usually the silent cool types and women actors are the goofy ones. The mischievous smiles, the confidence, the sincerity and his cool demeanour in the later part formed an overall commendable personality you can't help falling in love with. The lead pair had great chemistry and it was simple, fun, light and at the same time a charming watch overall. Completely worth it!

So simple yet so beautiful! If I have to capture the essence of the movie in one line, it would be that. Such a strong direction by Rohena, the story slowly unravels before you and takes you through the progress in relationship of these two characters. Just like in real life, there is no unnecessary drama or sharp ups and downs. It completly absorbs you and subtly yet sharply brings out the contrasts and distinction that truly exists in the fabric of our society till today however progressive we might consider ourselves as a society. Loved the positive yet plausible ending which leaves the audience at the right note to imagine for yourselves. Understated elegance it truly is!! Don't miss it!

I thought and thought about it And finally made up my mind to write about it. Recently I have become sort of K drama addict,but this one really stood out. Son ye- jin 's potrayal of Yoon jin a made me write this. I could relate to Yoon jin a at many levels. Been a polite pleaser all her life, push over and unmarried till 35 years . Though most reviews spoke about the love story and chemistry between the lead pair. For me, it's a transformation story of Yoon jin-a from being a timid, people pleaser to this bold, decisive, independent woman who finally came out of her shell and decided to take her life in her own hands both professionally and personally. The motivation clearly came from her boyfriend Jun-hui( supposed to be ten years younger to her) but nevertheless it changed her from within. The ending may not be idealistic as most of the movies / series would show justice prevailing in the end, parents accepting the love affair overnight but it was practical. In reality, rarely we see people changing or giving up on their core beliefs easily. Corporate world is ruthless and Parents are adamant on their beliefs for their own reasons but what matters in the end, is you stood up for what you believed in and fought for it irrespective of the results!
