The game is trash. First of all, menus are glitchy and confusing. They could be more straight forward so you can easily navigate to the mode or game you want to play. I get lost trying to find the different modes. Secondly, I think they have level scaling written in the code. What do I mean by level scaling? Level scaling is where a low level player gets an automatic boost to be on par with others who are higher level. This is used in World of Warcraft; a level 10 healer has better heals than a level 15 due to this. Why would I make this bold statement about level scaling? When I started, I was on fire! consistently 40-10 kdr, highest game was 82k's... now that I've leveled, I'm happy to go positive. Why would a company put this in their game? I think it's a ploy to get new players into the game. Thirdly, this one may seem odd but hear me out; they reduced the price of the game more than 50% in the first month of release. I know people will think they did this because of the holidays so it can be bought as a gift. I don't believe it. The only time I saw a game reduce it's price this drastic, this fast was Warcraft 3 reforged... which they ended up scrapping the entire project and refunding people their money. The game feels like a MW2 expansion or DLC. You can use all the weapons and skins you earned in MW2 in this game. I think the only positive thing I have to say about this game is the free to play games are ok. Warzone and resurgance are pretty fun. They get a little old after a while, but the Urzikstan map is pretty nice. Another half positive is zombie mode. I only say it's a half positive because they took the DMZ chassis, stripped the pvp portion, threw a Halloween/zombie pve only skin on it, and threw it behind the purchase of the game. I will not buy this game, even at 30 dollars which is what it's going for through battle.net. Steam has it at 40. I might consider the black ops title coming out in 2024, but that's still up in the air. If it's anything like this steaming pile of trash, I'll pass on that too.

When cold war dropped, it didn't effect the game much. Vanguard drops. and it's not even the same game! I didn't buy cold war or vanguard, nor do I have intentions of doing so. I only played multiplayer. As of right now, here are a few of the issues I am dealing with in-game: Can't change my operator. I tab over to the operator selection only to have it reset to play. I am running a scan and repair now to see if there's something missing. Air strikes get called in on current location now lazed target. I thought maybe I messed up and hit the wall or window from inside. Tried it when I was outside, sure enough, called air strike on myself. If you are thinking about buying vanguard, don't. Get Halo infinite instead. Get MW3 instead. Get goldeneye instead. Get whatever other FPS game you want OTHER than vanguard.
