For a PG movie, this has a lot of "hidden" adult jokes. The plot was predictable and unoriginal. The animation was, eh, I seen better. as well when they smushed scooby and shaggy face, it looks HORRIFYING, it wasn't even funny to look at. The classic sound effects don't match with the animation and feel off. there's no character development to the new Blue Falcon or Brian, he just stayed childish, didn't even mature throughout this entire movie which is frustrating. The voice actors could've been better. The character designs were meh. The likes about the movie I that I like how they redesign Dynomutt. like how he's no longer organic because of old age, I think. I like Fred's personality in this movie, he was funny.
