I was excited to watch this movie like any other movie about rowing, as I am a rower myself. I REALLY DID NOT like this movie. I'm glad I rented it on Amazon prime and didn't pay to go see it in the movie theater with my rowing club. The very beginning was good when the rowing coach talked about technique and broke down the rowing stroke. That made me think it was going to be more interesting than it turned out to be. The character development REALLY needed improvement. I HATED the music! It was sooooooo distracting AND annoying. I really hate to give this movie a bad review but it is what it is. I had my aunt watch it with me and she was so distracted she started doing something else and I didn't blame her. At one point was just wanting it to be over. Then the ending sucked. After all of that, she quit. REALLY??? I could say sooo much more but I'll leave it at that. Glad I didn't have a bunch of friends watch it with me. I was disappointed!!! I
