I love this show and always rewatching all episodes. Hillary does great work & David is always trying to find the best house for the customers. But, if Hillary can only do so much with the budget & always leaves out one or two rooms that she can’t do. And most of the time the customer ends up staying even when a lot of rooms weren’t touched. On the other hand David always finds beautiful homes and the customers are so picky, from the staircase too close to the front door, or rooms are too far apart, or not open concept enough. I’m pretty sure the people that stayed in their homes wished they would’ve have gone with the new one with more room. My choice I would go with the brand new one where everything is done and more space. People will always out grow their home.
