This masterpiece of cinematography showed me that each and every scene is worthy of the spotlight and that is clearly seen in the very explicitly heated moment between Dylan and Leah in the office. The ripping of the shirts, the papers on the floor, clearly showed me the perfect example of a steamy environment. Now when I find myself in a position such as his I will follow by his masterful example. On top of this beauty of a scene, the heartbreaking moment of his best friend Jim committing suicide in his arm brought me to tears. I could hear each and every emotion coming out of Dylan's mouth as if I could have experienced the loss of a loved one. Him chanting the words "I can't believe you committed suicide" really touched my heart on a spiritual level. I'm deeply indebted to this movie for showing me how a cinematic masterpiece could convey such raw human emotions and for that I give this movie 5 stars.

A gem for its time. Complete masterpiece showing all the amazing qualities of a sophisticated film. This isn't a movie its movement. It was a stepping stone for one of the most critically acclaimed movies, Avengers: Infinity War and End Game. To conclude my overall love for this beauty of a movie I just want to say that there should be a trilogy.
