When I spoke with Sam(the manager) I told her to explain to me ALL the underlying charges for their service. She explained that it was $119 an hour and that was it. When asked who pays for gas for the truck, she replied don’t worry about it they do, I said okay fine did my calculations and that was it. The service turned out to be a horrible nightmare. They did not arrive when they were suppose to they arrived when they got ready. And then after moving all of my stuff one of the guys was careless while carrying packages upstairs he did not secure the dolly and decided to let go of the dolly while it was still sitting on my stairs and the dolly flipped down; with my box of food still on ii, all came tumbling down. They destroyed my floor when this happened. So after this happened the mover did apologize and said he was going to take a picture and send it to his boss but I found out he never did so I had to call and report it. When I saw the bill it was outrageous and I felt like I was being robbed. They charge me $87 for gas, nearly a thousand dollars for the service alone for 3 hours(which did I mention they were very unprofessional) and I had to help move some of my furniture myself because I couldn’t trust them with that job alone. When they assemble my kids bed they did a half job I had to go back and reposition the screws because they weren’t all the way in. The only thing that was given to me for how I was treated was a $50 discount which seems like it didn’t help at all because of all the $100 hidden fees. I really hate that I decided to use “all my sons“ to move my furniture and it would never happen again. I was not happy with them at all. I would not recommend anyone to use them!!!
