The game is nearly unplayable on the base PS4. Cancel your orders now if you got a physical copy. Just go and take a look at the youtube videos of gameplay... It is really sad that it took 8 years to make a game with this many problems and looks like a bad PS3 game. This should have been a next gen (PS5) game and PS4 should have been cut out. Obviously the company wouldn't have made money on that though since only reviewers and scalpers will have PS5s for the next few months. For the people who do have high end PC builds and PS5s I have seen great footage and the game looks amazing with a powerful CPU and GPU.
