This is one of, if not my absolute, my favorite movies of all time. Comedy and Sadness and War are balanced perfectly. It is laugh-out-loud funny, while still staying respectful. Seeing Jojo's emotional journey as he sees the error of his beliefs is beautiful and wholesome, and you should be prepared to cry. Watch this movie. Please.

This is the best animated movie of the decade. How Sony did this, as well as the Emoji Movie, boggles me to my core. The animation is brilliant and unique. The music hits you right in the feels. The characters are well-written and believable. And the action is absolutely stellar. Every part of this movie screams comic goodness. This is the best Spider man film. This is the best animated film of the decade. This is the best animated superhero film. This is my favorite animated film of all time. Watch it now.

Rango is an animated movie. Rango is a PG-Rated movie. Rango is NOT a kids movie. The comedy is mature and the themes are intense. It can be enjoyed by kids, but they are unlikely to understand how good it is. It is an underrated gem and deserved it's best animated feature win. Rango is a complex and likeable lead, and the canyon chase is one of the best animated action sequences ever (Not quite on Shrek 2 I need a hero levels, but...). Definitely worth a watch.

Shrek 2 is even better than the original Shrek. The characters are great, the comedy is great, and the emotional beats hit as hard as they can in a movie about a farting ogre and a talking donkey. Easily the best of the four Shrek movies, and possibly one of the best animated movies of all time. If you haven't seen it, you haven't lived life to its fullest.
