Beautiful. August Rush captures the beauty which is music and how beautiful it is to feel music. The ending perfectly encapsulates the feeling of being within an orchestra. While some might think the movie's end was unrealistic, there could be no better way to recreate the feeling that a musician does in concert, the feeling of everything being perfect in a single moment. I first watched August Rush 13 years ago, with no knowledge of music, re-watching the movie my perspective completely shifted and now it transcends all of the movies I had enjoyed before by touching the most indescribable experience- music.
