The plot is a mess, it has a strange tv soap opera look in a lot of scenes, the constant cutting to old footage is jarring, some of the shaky cam work is very off putting. I couldn't tell you the name of any of the new characters (apart from Bugs). I guess the other Wachowski is the talented one....
