Brilliant, moving, sadness, great writing and acting. One of the most moving and powerful tv I've seen in a long, long time

My partner wanted to watch the show, and I didn't really take the first episode too seriously, but she loved it. We then watched the whole series over the next 2 following nights, and I was hooked. I was horrified at my naively innocence, and ignorance, growing up in the sleepy countryside, and growing up in the 80s as a kid. The utter joy and heartache this programme brings,the horrors and ignorance of what was going on in my childhood, me oblivious ,and how aids was stigmatised. A must watch ,that hits you hard,funny,incredibly sad, yet will have an impact on you for days. Brilliantly acted,cast and music,writing,everything that grabs you for more. Wow,well done..

Thought I'd watch it for 5mins then head to bed, but couldn't, got me gripped completely, really enjoyed the film, a must watch.
