I find his views interesting but his use of biblical analogy to back up and illustrate points, I found off-putting and irritating. I understand his point on nihilism - that we live in a moral vacuum after the decline of religion in the west - but Peterson doesn't seem to believe that people can be moral with no religion or god, when in fact they can. Human beings are moral beings and we seek to cooperate and avoid conflict on everyday levels. Peterson's take on human nature is therefore, too pessimistic for me.
