As a builder for 30 plus years. My stomach can't handle most HGTV shows. Not enough accuracy to make it believable to a trades person. Mike is truly a intelligent problem spotter and solver, in a realistic form I appreciate a actual thinking quality minded contractor who could make it in real life contracting. And does have a real quality business in real life. He was not created for TV, like one of those "TALENT" qualified contractor. I brought some crew people to work on a TV build in Minnesota. Had it not been for the quality of all the real contractors involved, it would have been a mess. The production crew kept telling us the camera won't see the issues.
