The series has a very Star Trek approach, but in a good way. The show is refreshing, excellent special effects, especially the second season, At times in the first season I felt that the show was leaning towards a comedy sci-fi and was turned off by a couple of episodes. The second season becomes more dramatic with some light-hearted scenes thrown in, The series really takes a targeted story line direction, but some characters are comedic and do not add to overall theme. I sincerely hope they continue to pursue a continuing story with more meaningful characters and continued high tech special effects. Looking forward to more...

Excellent movie and the performances by Al Pacino, Robert De Nero and Joe Pesci are all Oscar quality. Pacino may have been a little over the top, but that is a Scorcese approach. The movie is extremely long and being handicapped, I would never have been able to sit through it on the theater, but would have liked to have seen it on the big screen. It could have been edited to about 3 hours, but some of the detail would have been lost and the story lead in would have suffered. What really works here is the theater premier and then immediately on Netflix. They should continue to run it in both places. I would have given it 5 stars, but then I would be committing to an Oscar nomination and not sure the movie belongs there, the actors do though... i recommend that you take the time to watch it, even if it is your own version of a mini series, definitely worth it!
