This is such an amazing show. I was initially a little sceptical about watching this drama, however I still started after reading so many good reviews. Initially I thought the show is very simple and yes, the protagonist will eventually take revenge over the villain. But guys, even if it seems like so simple it has a lot of things to offer like friendship, never give up attitude, team-work, and second-chances in your life. There are enough good reasons to watch this show: 1. Outstanding performances : Each member has performed amazingly, that you will get so much engaged in their characters, you would feel they are actually like that in reality. Park Seo-joon is awesome as Park Saeroyi. The way he expresses his subtle emotions ( as the character cannot express much ) with his eyes or expressions is something you would be bound to love. However, my favourite was Jo Yi-Seo played by Kim Dami. Her character is someone you would hate initially but would be forced to love as the show progresses. She was the reason why I was so much hooked to the show. 2. OST : Oh yes! The OST is mindblowing. I am in love with all the songs, especially "Start Over" by Gaho, "Stone block" and Kim Feel. I am still not over the songs even after a month of finishing the show. The background score is apt for each scene and adds more emotions and impact to the overall show performance. 3. The story-line and cinematography : It's not a usual Korean story-line with the cliche romance and all. It is more about an inspiring journey of Park Saeroyi from his childhood to achieving his dream. It does not include the normal revenge story which gives you a negative vibe but a more inspiring one which also touches many the societal taboos ( won't reveal the spoilers ). Also the portrayal of Itaewon, the crowd, the music and the filming of the entire show was a visual treat to watch. Go for it guys and you will not regret. This is has become already one of my most favourite Korean shows till date.

I watched this movie today and I must say it is one of the best love stories I have ever seen. The love between Laila and Kaiz is so pure, so innocent that is beyond this material world. As a movie, the plot, the cast and the location, everything was superb. As we have seen mostly in all movies of Imtiaz Ali, the snow peaked mountains seem to be his all time favorite. On acting, I will give 4/5 for all actors and special mention to Avinash Tiwary ( Kaiz ). He was so awesome and so natural in his character that you will not feel he is new to this industry. In both the characters, Kaiz and Majnu, you can connect to him and you might desperately crave to somehow unite him with Laila to end his sorrows. Tripti was good too, especially after Laila's marriage, the more matured and stronger version of Laila which I liked. Some might argue over Majnu's madness over Laila, but that is what love is and that is the reason why this story is a classic. If you simply don't feel like loving someone after a few years, or if the person is not with you, then that is not love. Overall a very good movie for all cinema lovers, I would rate 4/5 for the movie. Acting : 4/5 Location : 5/5 Plot: 3.5/5 Songs: 4/5
