Once I read a blog where a guy wrote, so, what's the big deal if a girl have bear to pregnancy and period and all other things, it's given to them, if not them, then men's would be doing all this. What's all the fuss about it, it's their duty!
And my scrolling stopped for a minute. I thought that yes, maybe he is right. Why do we exaggerate such a normal thing?
But after reading this, I realised that womanhood is not about the responsibility of giving birth to a child, but it's about heartfully accepting this blessing of God, that has been showered on us. Now, I don't want to complain but embrace myself, my womanhood.
Being a woman, I have always thought that why do we, women's, have to endure each and every pinch of pain that exists on earth. But after reading this book, I've got my answers. It's because God has gifted us with such powers of endurance, patience, tolerance, hopeless love and loveless hopes. I can't have more sympathy for those women's of Afghanistan who had in, some or other way, seen this brutal times.
Before reading this, I never thought anybody could ever bear such an unkind fate and have all their senses under control, but now, I want to believe that people can. It's is not about litting our life with thousands of splendid suns but it's about finding a single ray of star in unbearable sea of darkness. Life is never gonna be fair. But there are gonna be this little moments and little number of people who are going to make it worth suffering.
It's indeed a must read...
