If you look past the cliche military mannerisms and over-dramatic confrontations between seriously uptight characters, this movie has a lot to offer. There are scenes that surprise every viewer and that’s hard to come by these days. Of course, the possibility of two power-hungry nations coming together to deflate the build-up of an impending World War 3 is quite incredulous but hey, it’s a movie right? The fact that this movie didn’t smash the box office is quite confusing because it has everything a big Hollywood movie boasts. Familiar actors such as Gerard Butler and Common play their roles well, as does the entire cast. If you’re ready for a movie that Is full of suspense and action, this one will suffice!
