I think it was a good book. It's well written and introduces us to a whole new cast of characters that feel believable within the Star Wars universe. It brings a lot of diversity to the mix in a way that doesn't feel forced. The main character is female, but it doesn't feel like she's the main character because she's female, as a certain other main character of a certain other trilogy does. The one thing is that the Empire completely falls within a year, which to me is not very believable. The plot is very complicated in a kind of Game Of Thrones esque way, but I personally love complicated plots. I know some other people don't like the complicated plot, and I understand, so this book isn't for everyone, but I suggest you all try it out.
