The Exile

As a fan of the original Warsong on the Mega Drive and Der Langrisser on the SNES, I loved this remake and really hope Langrisser takes off again so that we can see the rest of the series that never made it to the West. It is a faithful remake. While everything feels polished and a lot of extra story scenarios and quality of life upgrades added, the core feels like the same game. I especially love that you can switch between original and modern graphics and sound whenever you like. My only concerns is the difficulty balancing, especially on second playthroughs or the timeline-hopping you can do. After your first playthrough you are basically always overlevelled. Also the translation has a few spelling and grammar issues.
