Loved it. I don’t understand the complaints in other comments. No plot? Did we watch the same movie? The first half focuses on supernatural or delusional, explaining the history of clinical depression, the strained relationship between the mother and daughter, the mother and son and them trying to make a sense of the situation biased by their opinion of each other. The second half focuses on revelation and experience. There’s no character arc, no back story, there’s only the experience. That’s the USP of this movie.

A good entertainer that kept me engaged, could have been great if the story was tightly woven, fast paced and not presented John only as a muscle, but someone with tactics. Sharvari and Abhishek Banerjee were a treat to watch, the latter being grossly underutilized.

Entertaining, but missing the depth of the first Karate Kid and the one with Jaden Smith. The best part however was the post credit scene.

Not as magical or engaging as Taare Zameen Par, but definitely enjoyable.

Honestly, I liked the movie and acting in some parts, but disliked it in many. The script adaptation was good, but the execution lacked luster. Not magical as let’s say Beauty and the beast live action. The sets looked a lot like sets. Even the forest looked like a set. It didn’t seem real. FL’s expressions are confusing. Loved her in the first scene with ML and the queen, advocating for punishment appropriate to the crime. She’s good in pockets, but overall, her expressions seemed confusing and unnecessary. Music wasn’t memorable.

Thoroughly enjoyed a K-drama after a long time. And they are in their final year of school. So I hope there’s a Weak Hero class 3.

I found this drama to be perfection. Some people found it to be slow paced, but the pace justifies the genre. Interesting story which goes back and forth, peeling secrets and woven with a brilliant cast and fight sequences. It’s a must watch.

Alia is stunning in her portrayal of a sister willing to give her all to save her brother and deserves a 5-star. The movie is let down by the script, slowed down and hurried in places unnecessarily.
