Fantastic film, which captures the epic event we all know now as the Battle of Britain, including the dread and gravity of the situation in 1939 as England faced Germany alone after they had rolled through Europe. It was made in 1969, so don't expect amazing special effects that we've all gotten used to in modern films. Just enjoy the film for capturing the mood of that time.
