The loss of the Arts in schools, due to funding cutbacks, and genuine unconditional love has been the basis for encouraging high crime among disadvantaged youths, and social-economical disparities. Resource centers have been in the past, very helpful, such as the Boys and Girls Clubs. The bottom line in my overall view is money, dollars, and cents, and dedicated adults that are trained and have experience can be just the right formula for this situation: We can help solve the problems of discouraged youth: Disadvantaged Youth!
