WONDERFUL book - thoroughly enjoyable, thought provoking, clever read.
It's not supposed to be a dissertation on Nietzsche's work, as someone clearly humorless was whining. Take this book on its own terms and you will enjoy it immensely and find yourself agreeing with the author on many counts. I highly recommend it!

Every bird lover and animal activist needs to see this documentary and to support the wonderful volunteers who risk their own lives to go out and rescue these birds. The oblivious people who trap, kill and eat these exquisite migrating songbirds deserve to be thrown off a cliff. The filming isn't expensive, as is the nature of undercover work, but the message is critical - Europe is losing millions if not billions of birds from human selfishness and may well cause the extinction of many. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.
