Not only do I believe him... I have seen them in flight. Returning from a camping trip at Mammoth Lakes, (around 1976 or 1977), Southbound on Hwy 395, about 20 miles south of Lone Pine, witnessed several craft to the East, above the mountains.
At first 3 to 5 were hovering, maybe 30 seconds, then in formation all streaked south-east about 45 miles in less than a second. From dead stop hover to dead stop again. As I slowed down from 60 mph to 30 they again, All Together would move many miles from a hover and like a pool cue ball would bounce off the rail and move in a triangle so fast I knew no human pilot could stand the G forces it would create. I woke up a witness to ask if they could confirm what was to be seen. For quite some time there was no reply, obviously just Astonished by the sight. Then, quote, "I see it but I don't know what I'm seeing." I never spoke about night for years. Not until many others came forward.
Just like Mr. Bob Lazar, has said of his experiences working at area 51, I don't care if anyone believes this or not. J.R. Pavia
