If you enjoy watching films filled with characters with zero redeeming qualities and more plot holes in a story than could be told by my seven year old, then this is the movie for you. I had the highest of hopes for this film but I should’ve known after the first 30 minutes. The cast should’ve been unforgettable, now I just wish I could forget it. Honestly, not the actors fault. Everything falls on the writing and final exiting. When I say there isn’t one character with a redeeming quality, I mean it. I could write a college level dissertation on why this movie should go down as the worst thing Netflix ever produced. I actually tried in my first review but ran out of space after I typed for 30 minutes on my iPhone. That’s how bad this movie is. While I want to say, it’s just the first part of a series, I really hope Netflix just cans this thing. If they have any respect for the awesome actors in it they will. And no one should ever hire Zack Snyder again. I’ve been let way down every time by him. To summarize, this is a woke joke. Evil white guys vs multicultural heroes (mainly 115 lb women who can easily kill guys twice their weight without any special powers). It even ends with a main character, who isn’t on screen long enough for an audience member to care about, dying, for the story to then introduce a butch, stick figured, short haired woman with a deep voice as a new protagonist, as if anyone who would choose to watch this film would ever like this person as a main character. Please don’t make a sequel! And for the love all that is holy, never let Snyder near a camera again!
