Winston Miller

Solid Movie. Not treading any new ground, and more of a throwback to pre-marvel superhero movies, but all around satisfying to watch with a minimum of thought involved. Most of the twists are pretty telegraphed, but still entertaining and not overly complex. Action scenes are pretty impressive, there's a lot but it didn't feel gratuitous, I could follow what was happening and cool about it even though they didn't spend a lot of time explaining much of anything. I also really liked that even though they captured the brutality of Black Adam in the comics, it wasn't overly gore-y or too over the top with the violence, you get what you knew was promised from the hype and trailers. All in all, walked out pleasantly surprised and honestly looking forward to another.
