To start I will admit I have seen reviews and heard from other people that this show and the movies are like the second coming of christ. So I was expecting something to blow me away, something with new ideas and a plot that will keep my attention with characters that grow and develop to combat the dark and oppressive environment around them. I was disappointed with the expectations I possessed. To start off, the pros: This show has absolutely gorgeous animation it really blows everything else out of the water. The character designs are unique and all stand out, their personalities seperate themselves from one another a little bit. However that is about where the pros end. The cons: The characters are about as basic as you can get I've seen more growth and change watching grass grow than these characters. Why should I care about the characters when this is ultimately what they are. They show absolutely no growth and development throughout the first season and throughout the movies they do not change despite what happens to them. The plot is about as contrived and simple as possible it's like it was written by 14 year old boy. "bad guy is bad because he did bad things for unknown reason", "good guy is good because bad guy is doing bad things and he wants to stop them". Honestly that's all you need to know about the story so far. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants complexity and anything interesting in their show. The show has one demographic in mind, the 14 year old boy who wants see swords being swung and characters that are as deep as they are. It gets 3 stars due to the animation and character designs other than that this is completely average and isn't worth your time.

This game needed more, there is very little that's cool about the game I feel no attachment to the characters as they feel very stereotypical and aren't special like the previous game, It feels like a return to the first watch dogs. I don't know if the car physics are identical to wd2 but the vehicles feel like they have no weight to them and each vehicle feels almost identical to each other. It's a shame because wd2 was a good time for me, maybe it was the setting I really enjoyed san Francisco where England is just very bland most of the buildings look copy and pasted. The drones are fine but what brings me downis that there aren't any real weapons. The take down is just a melee thing now instead of the awesome 8 ball thing. And there aren't proper guns juts shotgun tasers and things. Its upsetting because the last game was really good but this one is bland. Buy this game when it's on a massive sale. A general rule never buy ubisoft games at full price.
