Wonderful resource for the lay Catholic! I was given the first edition as a gift for faith formation catechists years ago. One catechist said she picked it up to browse through it and couldn't put it down. I agreed. Wealth of knowledge on traditions, teachings and the origins of them in a very easy to understand format. Every parent should receive the book at the Baptism of their child to help them in the formation of the faith of their son or daughter in the coming years.
