The acting was solid. The dialogue was a little silly to me. The worst part was that Glenn Close’s character was trying to keep her daughter clean while continuing to fill up her wine glass. Glaring problem for me.
It was hard to feel sympathy or empathy for anyone in this movie, except the step father. He was the only one who knew who he was.
