I did not like it! It’s basically an eighth graders fever Dream of what a period piece should be on crack. Even poor Julie Andrews voiceover is absolutely ridiculous. If Jane Austen we’re alive today and was watching this she would be hurtling violent Objects at the TV set and screaming noooooo at the top of her lungs.
On a positive note the costumes are superb.
