Based on what I could bear to watch of the first episode (and I'd expected to binge the season, going in): Well-produced, but far too much deviltry on the part of the protagonists. This coming from a guy who liked Salem and loves Supernatural...and is generally interested in occult matters. This show takes it to a more-than-slightly uncomfortable level. It's hard to sympathize with a protagonist who non-chalantly accepts the idea of being bound to the devil until it inconveniences her personally.
I'll also agree with some of the reviewers below that the attempt at incorporating modern feminist politics was hamfisted - it didn't hint at getting into "how did this power structure develop and various people get caught up in reproducing it" - it just implied there's obvious right and obvious wrong and they're givens, which is - to put it lightly - pretty boldly dualistic for a show that expects you to root for an 80s-style Satanic cultist.
