I do not know who this is meant for. It feels insulting to see "inspired by Sir Terry Pratchett" plastered in the credits. How is it inspired by Sir Terry? There is nothing here remotely similar to Discworld, or any of Sir Terry's works. This feels like someone hated the originals so much they actively tried to make a series so vile, so awful, that they wished it would be so bad it would erase the joy and humour inherent in all of Sir Terry's work.
